Compliance & Assurance

Tec-Track is an independent compliance assurance system which provides facilities managers with up to the minute data capture along with ability to coordinate service engineers or caretaking personnel, avoiding time delays.

Environmental & Controls
Temporary or permanent water systems all have environment responsibilities. We have partnered with Lifeline products to provide control and monitoring equipment from water tank level alarms to prevent spillages, while the occupancy sensors which save water and electricity.
New installations can benefit from the largest saving at the design stage. Consider a temporary water install at a construction site buying delivered water, an occupancy saver on a urinal could save up to 300L per day that’s approx £40 per day on delivered water. Level alarms will alert staff before the septic tanks are at high levels and water storage tanks at low levels saving costly interruptions.

Pressure & Storage
The correct pressure and flow rate needs to be engineer calculated before choosing which type and capacity of pump or break, whether low supply pressure/flow rate or high lift system.
We have stocks of Water-Mech Booster sets, distribution manifolds and sundries. System requirements on temporary construction sites vary due to the build phases. Costly upgrades can be avoided by clients with good initial design. Access to build timeline and welfare projection enable us to calculate the sites water and drainage requirements.
CCW provide water and waste pumping solutions on short & build duration hire along with full water system installation chlorination and certification.

Disinfection & Filtration
Most purification systems are UVc and multi stage filtration. We supply and install LifeLine Products filter systems which are industry standard.
In the UK 99% of our drinking water is subjected to UVc filtration in the band of 254Nm at 1w/cm3 for 10 seconds or more. Long distance runs and aged water mains may require combination filter technology. System efficacy should be confirmed by pre & post Laboratory sampling.
We can install temporary or permanent solutions sized according to flow rates and peak demands. Filter, lamps and cartridges degrade with time/flow. We provide contract maintenance or service exchange and spares from stock.
